These terms cover your use of Tactile, made by Kamaal Works. Tactile is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below.
Tactile Pro subscriptions
- Tactile Pro is offered as a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription, and during launch as a one-time Founder Lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices may vary by country and may change; any change applies from your next renewal, and Apple will tell you in advance where required.
Using Tactile
Use Tactile lawfully and don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse it. Features may change as the app is improved.
No warranty and limits
Tactile is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kamaal Works is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
